Support of SART
This coming Saturday, March 16th, SART is hosting a Zumbathon at Wright State Lake Campus in Dicke Hall from 2:30-4:30 in the afternoon. This will prove to be a fun event, I am sure! Tastefully Simple is also going to be there so that orders can be made and samples tasted. One of our volunteers dips candles, and is offering hers for sale with proceeds to SART. We will have door prizes, snacks, lots of Zumba for those of you that enjoy that, and I am sure, plenty of information about SART. $10.00 at the door, much fun inside. Please stop by and support SART.
Funds are needed to begin our community outreach this spring to trap, neuter and release more felines in the community that are feral. This will stop the reproduction, and over time, that population will dwindle to a more manageable amount. In the meantime, people will feed and watch over the ones we do, and funds are needed to cover the medical care we will provide. This is a very productive way to get a better handle on the population as we continue to do our rescue work and adoption.
